Job Description
Job Title: SAP ISU FICA Senior Consultant
Work Location: North Palm Beach FL 33408 Onsite/Remote
Contract duration: 6 months
Responsibilities:
To provide functional knowledge with handson experience for Electricity Gas or Water Industry.
Hands on experience configuring the ISU system.
Drive Business Workshops Blueprint Sessions develop BBPs/BBDs FS Test Scenarios conduct Trainings perform Testing and provide defect management support for Device Management module.
Communicate complex requirements to and from Technical and Nontechnical stakeholders
Experience:
Total work experience: 1012 Years
Relevant work experience: 810 Years
Experience in setup of Org Structure GL setup & Integration
Experience in Cash journal Clearing Control Account Assignment
Setup of Direct Debit Payments
Strong Understanding of Dunning Process Collection Installment Plan
Setup of Main & Sub transaction Experience in analyzing issue in Billing & Invoicing process
Good Experience in Invoice Layout & Bill Print
Integration with Billing & FICO
Actively aid the consulting team in different phases of the project including problem definition effort estimation diagnosis solution generation design and deployment.
Contribute to unitlevel and organizational initiatives.
Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes.
Experience in application maintenance & implementation projects primarily in ISUCRM Projects
Experience across Electricity Gas & Water Utilities industries across UK North America & Europe regions
Experience in endtoend implementation including data migration and support projects
