Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service via phone email and chat handling inquiries and concerns.
  • Assist customers with productrelated questions to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
  • Accurately record and manage customer interactions in our system.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and address issues promptly.
  • Keep uptodate with product and service knowledge to provide informed assistance.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings as needed.

Requirements:

  • Native proficiency in Irish English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Strong problemsolving skills with a customerfocused approach.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and software.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
  • Saturday and Sunday: Off
