Job Description
Registered Nurses are responsible for the delivery of safe timely and appropriate patient care through the use of the nursing process. The Registered Nurse provides individualized care education and support which addresses the immediate and anticipated needs of the patient and family across the care continuum. Review of individual job descriptions with employees is an ongoing part of our annual performance evaluation program.
Medical Office Ear Nose & Throat
Effective Immediately You MUST include your agency Hew Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/ Registration Certificate up front with all Nursing Monadnock Community Hospital submissions. This license is required by the state of NH in order to staff for temporary needs. - 1 Supervisory Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications MUST be uploaded with profile
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- ACLS (AHA)
- BLS (AHA)
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- New Hampshire
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : NH or Compact Must be in hand upon submission
Weekend Requirements : None/ Holidays as needed
On Call Requirements : None
