Role Overview:
As a Content Moderator you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and safety of digital content across our platforms. You will apply content policies meticulously ensuring consistency in handling procedures and enforcing client terms of use. Your keen ability to discern nuances in digital communication will be instrumental in accurately moderating reports of abuse and inappropriate content.
Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate various types of digital content such as videos news stories images and social media profiles.
- Apply content policies to assess ageappropriateness violence sexual content and political transparency.
- Participate actively in wellness programs and training sessions aimed at personal and professional development.
- Adhere strictly to security measures confidentiality agreements and project requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of prior operations experience in shared services or customer experience environments.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fluent in both English and Hebrew (reading and speaking).
- Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills with a high level of empathy.
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity to political and social issues relevant to the Dutch market.
Additional Details:
- Work Environment: 24/7 rotational shifts (night shifts approximately 3 nights per month) 8hour workday 40hour workweek 2 days off rotationally per week
- Location: Onsite in Thessaloniki Greece.
- Relocation package available for candidates outside Greece or Europe.
- Compensation: Monthly gross salary of 1450 EUR (14 salaries annually) including lunch vouchers transportation allowance private health care.
