Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Distribution and Channel Sales Manager to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have 23 years of experience in solar inverter sales and a strong background in managing distribution channels. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth through effective channel partnerships and distribution networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Channel Development: Identify establish and maintain relationships with key distributors and channel partners in the solar inverter market.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share within the assigned territory.
- Training & Support: Provide training and ongoing support to distributors and channel partners to enhance their product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales strategies
- Sales Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance metrics prepare reports and present findings to senior management.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Promotional Activities: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns that drive channel sales.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- 23 years of proven experience in distribution and channel sales specifically in the solar inverter industry.
- Strong understanding of solar energy products and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market data and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
