Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Distribution and Channel Sales Manager to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have 23 years of experience in solar inverter sales and a strong background in managing distribution channels. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth through effective channel partnerships and distribution networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Channel Development: Identify establish and maintain relationships with key distributors and channel partners in the solar inverter market.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share within the assigned territory.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and ongoing support to distributors and channel partners to enhance their product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales strategies
  • Sales Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance metrics prepare reports and present findings to senior management.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Promotional Activities: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns that drive channel sales.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  • 23 years of proven experience in distribution and channel sales specifically in the solar inverter industry.
  • Strong understanding of solar energy products and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze market data and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
