Company Overview:
Our client is a highgrowth M&A advisory firm working at the intersection of debt and equity solutions capital advisory and innovative fintech platforms. They are seeking a Chief Operations Officer (COO) to join their leadership team and oversee their daytoday operations as they continue to scale globally.
The ideal candidate is an experienced operations professional with a passion for process improvement and scaling businesses. You will work directly with the CEO and other executives to manage internal operations and ensure the firms operational infrastructure supports rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations including human resources technology infrastructure legal compliance and administration.
- Lead the implementation of operational systems to streamline efficiency and support deal flow.
- Manage the firms financial legal and operational resources to support capital raising and client acquisition.
- Oversee budgeting planning and resource allocation to ensure optimal performance.
- Work closely with the leadership team to identify and address any operational bottlenecks.
Key Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in operations management preferably within a financial services or investment firm.
- Proven ability to lead process optimization technology implementations and crossfunctional teams.
- Strong background in financial operations regulatory compliance and legal structuring.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a highgrowth fastpaced environment.
Compensation Structure:
- Deferred Compensation: Competitive salary deferred over the first 12 months based on the firms growth milestones.
- Equity Participation: Significant equity options based on performance and investment.
Investment Requirement:
- Minimum investment of $25000 which entitles you to enhanced equity ownership and profitsharing based on the firms success.
