Job Summary: We are looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage and develop key accounts across various engineering sectors. This professional will be responsible for strengthening client relationships and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop strategies to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in engineering services.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful delivery of engineering solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with clients.
- Stay updated on market trends and competition adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Produce regular performance reports and sales forecasts for management.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Experience is valuable as a KAM in engineering services.
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Languages: Spanish and English.
Valuable experience and knowledge:
- Process area (Line Integration Automation Robotics etc).
- Continuous improvement processes (Kaizen Sixsigma etc).
- Automotive industry.
