Job Description

Job Title: Manager Department Operations.

RERA Consultants LLP Location: Bangalore


Job Type: Full Time


Reports to: Senior Management


Job Summary:


As the Operations Manager at RERA Consultants LLP you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the endtoend operations with a focus on Legal Qualified accountants and Engineers. You will lead a dedicated team liaise with center managers and serve as the primary point of contact for clients. This role requires strong leadership operational excellence and client management to ensure that all processes align with the firm s strategic goals.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of legal professionals accountants and engineers to ensure operational efficiency across departments.


  • Operational Coordination: Collaborate with legal qualified accountants and Engineering teams to streamline processes ensure regulatory compliance and deliver on client commitments.


  • Center Manager Coordination: Oversee and provide guidance to center managers to ensure consistent operational standards across all locations.


  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the face of RERA Consultants LLP to clients building strong relationships addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction with the firm s services.


  • Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in operational workflows and implement improvements that increase productivity and reduce costs.


  • Performance Monitoring: Track the performance of team members and center managers ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) are met or exceeded.


  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with relevant regulations and laws including those specific to the real estate and legal domains. Complete knowledge of the RERA Act will be a key criterion for performance evaluation.


  • Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management on operational performance client satisfaction and areas for improvement.



Requirements

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor s degree in Operations Management Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).

  • 7 years of experience in operations management preferably in the real estate consulting or legal sector.

  • Proven track record of leading crossfunctional teams including legal qualified accountants and engineering departments.

  • Strong client management experience with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

  • Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills.

  • InDepth understanding of the RERA Act and its implications for real estate operations is required.



Skills Required:


  • Leadership and team management across legal qualified accountants and engineering functions.

  • Client relationship management and customer service excellence.

  • Strong operational planning and process optimization abilities.

  • Experience in coordinating with center managers and ensuring consistent service delivery across multiple locations.

  • Regulatory compliance knowledge particularly in real estate and legal industries.

  • Complete knowledge of the RERA Act for engagement in the realestate sector.

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
