Job Description
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement processes to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Identify opportunities to streamline the supply chain and reduce costs without compromising quality.
- Plan and optimize transportation routes to minimize shipping costs and delivery times.
- Work closely with logistics partners to coordinate shipments and ensure ontime delivery to customers.
- Resolve any issues or delays related to transportation and logistics operations.
- Conduct regular audits to reconcile inventory discrepancies and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes and technologies.
- Establish quality control standards and procedures to maintain product quality throughout the shipping process.
- Collaborate with other departments such as accounts sales and customer service to align operational activities with company goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to identify and address operational challenges effectively.
- Detailoriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
