Requirements
We are looking for an experienced Xstore Technical Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle Retail Xstore Point of Service (POS) systems with handson experience in developing customizing and maintaining these solutions. This role requires close collaboration with crossfunctional teams to deliver innovative retail solutions that improve customer experience and drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Development and Customization:
- Design develop and customize Oracle Retail Xstore POS applications based on business requirements.
- Implement new features and enhancements to optimize the Xstore POS system.
- Ensure the Xstore POS solution is scalable reliable and performs efficiently.
Integration:
- Integrate Xstore POS with other key retail systems such as ERP CRM and ecommerce platforms.
- Develop and manage APIs for seamless data exchange between Xstore POS and external systems.
Documentation:
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for Xstore POS customizations and integrations.
- Document technical specifications design details and user guides for both internal teams and endusers.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with business analysts project managers and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver highquality solutions.
- Actively participate in project planning status updates and code reviews to ensure successful project delivery.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in retail technology and Xstore POS systems.
- Propose and implement enhancements to improve the functionality and performance of Xstore POS solutions.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of X years of experience in developing and customizing Oracle Retail Xstore POS systems.
- Proven experience in integrating Xstore POS with other retail platforms.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Java JavaScript XML and SQL.
- Strong knowledge of retail business processes and pointofsale systems.
- Experience with Oracle Retail Suite and related technologies.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloudbased retail solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Certification in Oracle Retail Xstore POS or related technologies.
Benefits
