We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Head of Growth for our client! As the Head of Growth you will play a critical role in driving the companys expansion and revenue generation while leading a talented team. The ideal candidate is passionate about achieving tangible results possesses a deep understanding of growth strategies and enjoys working in a fastpaced challenging environment.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Networking in Europe: Demonstrated experience in effectively expanding a network of contacts and partners in the European region.
  • Setting KPIs and Team Development: Proven ability to set key performance indicators (KPIs) manage team performance and foster team growth.
  • Budgeting and Financial Goals: Strong budgeting skills and a track record of achieving financial targets.
  • CRM and Analytics Expertise: Handson experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and datadriven decisionmaking using analytics tools.
  • Outsourcing Experience: Familiarity with managing outsourced teams or partners to achieve business objectives.
  • Challenges: A problemsolving mindset with a passion for taking on new challenges and finding innovative solutions.
  • Travel and Conferences: A love for traveling meeting new people and representing the company at conferences and events across Europe.
  • English Skills: Fluent in verbal and written English with a proficiency level of C1.

Location and Travel:

  • Location: Remote.The candidate must be ready to work in European countries and travel frequently within the region.
  • Travel: Frequent travel within Europe to attend conferences events and networking opportunities.
