Job Description
Title: Electrical Controls Engineer
Location: Houston TX
Onsite
JD:
- Familiar with Marine Industry standard codes and Classification society regulation (DNV ABS and USCG regulation)
- Experience in Marine System Integration involving Energy storage system power generation and distribution (AC & DC)
- Experience in hybrid multidrive system
- Perform power system study in ETAP and MATLAB for MV /LV Systems
- Broad knowledge in vessels type and design.
- Experience in Low & Medium voltage AC system design (including equipment selection Equipment rating calculations Interface Ilists System topology)
- Experience in Switchgear Interlocking and protection scheme and design activities.
- Write Protection and Control Functions description.
- Relion Relay Programing (Logic and IEC 61850)
- Prepare Commissioning checklist for Switchgear (AC DC)
- IEC 61850 Network setup and design
- UPS design effort Including: equipment selection System calculation SLD
- Prepare interface list for MV/LV Systems.
