The EPPM and FICO Functional Specialist will collaborate with key business resources system implementor and AMS provider in providing functional expertise for the SAP EPPM module to the Construction LoB. The main responsibilities for the role will include but will not be limited to designing EPPM/PS/FICO solutions configuring systems during project implementations simplifying and improving business processes creating new business cases identifying and documenting requirements supporting construction processes and integrations for Construction business.
MAJOR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Required Skills : KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES REQUIRED: 10 years of SAP EPPM/PS/FICO experience including functional expertise and integration with other modules and systems especially in the Construction industry. Indepth knowledge and extensive handson experience on configuring and supporting SAP EPPM FI CO PS AP AR and interfaces with biding software(B2W) other nonSAP systems. Indepth understanding of the integration between EPPM FI MM SD PM and PP is essential. Strong business process knowledge in revenue recognition processes: RAR. Strong business process knowledge in EPPM and PS. Knowledge of Vertex or other Tax solutions that integrate with SAP. Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on an existing suite of complex applications. 35 full lifecycle implementation projects as EPPM/PS/FICO functional/configuration team member. Be able to independently solve complex functional issues. Experienced with utilizing OSS and submitting support messages to SAP. Experience with SAP Data Migration and Interfaces Experience working with CrossFunctional Teams (SD/MM/PM/PP/LIS/BW) to develop functional and technical designs. Experience in managing customer expectations and building relationships. Demonstrated ability to operate and adapt in an everchanging environment to changing requirements and priorities. Ability to identify solution gaps and disconnects in existing solutions; ability to work with the on and offshore development teams to explain the proposed design and share best practices. Strong ability to focus on priorities. Experience working in a support team environment with a combination of project work (change request) and support (tickets) Good analytical and problemsolving skills Demonstrated organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
