We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Global Compensation Manager to join our dynamic HR team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the design implementation and management of compensation programs that align with our global business objectives and attract top talent. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of compensation practices across various regions strong analytical skills and the ability to drive compensation strategies in a complex and fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Compensation Strategy & Design: Develop and implement global compensation strategies that support the companys goals and comply with local regulations. Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive pay practices.
Global Compensation Programs: Oversee the administration of global salary structures incentive plans and benefits programs. Ensure consistency and equity across different regions while adapting to local market conditions.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze compensation data to provide insights and recommendations. Prepare and present detailed compensation reports to senior management.
Policy & Compliance: Ensure compliance with global compensation regulations and standards. Develop and update compensation policies and procedures in line with local laws and best practices.
Compensation Review & Adjustments: Manage the annual salary review process including merit increases and bonus allocations. Monitor and adjust compensation plans as needed based on market trends and organizational changes.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR Business Partners Finance and other stakeholders to align compensation strategies with overall business objectives. Provide expertise and guidance on compensationrelated matters.
Employee Communication: Communicate compensation programs and policies effectively to employees and address any inquiries or concerns regarding compensation.
Project Management: Lead or participate in compensationrelated projects such as job evaluations salary surveys and system implementations.
