Summery

The Supply Chain and Admin Coordinator is responsible for managing order processing vendor relations inventory logistics and documentation in the supply chain. He will also handle office administration tasks such as Petty cash Purchasing compliance and reporting.

Responsibilities

Supply Chain Coordination:

  • Handle transportation and logistics for the movement of goods ensuring costeffective and timely deliveries.
  • Prepare and manage required shipping customs and compliance documents.
  • Actively manage supply chain issues such as delays quality concerns or quantity discrepancies.
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery and maintain proper record of the deliveries.
  • Receive shipments and organize materials as they arrive and manage its deliveries to customer.
  • Properly manage the inventory status of the warehouse and factory
  • Add good received Note in system on the same day of items delivery.

Administrative Support:

  • Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Monitor office expenditures and manage petty cash.
  • Source and purchase items from local markets ensuring the best quality and price.
  • Contact between the company and government agencies such as the Ministry of Labor Customs or Immigration departments.
  • Any other duties or tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in business administration supply chain or a related field
  • At least two years of experience in procurement supply chain and Administration management.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English both written and verbal.

  • SUPPLY CHAIN AND ADMIN: 2 years (Required)

  • English (Required)
  • Arabic (Preferred)

Location:

  • Jeddah (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:
