Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communications strategies that align with the Federations vision and objectives.
- Analyze market trends audience insights and competitive landscape to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
- Plan implement and oversee integrated marketing campaigns to promote golf events initiatives and the Federations activities.
- Manage digital and traditional marketing channels including social media email marketing and public relations.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics adjusting strategies to optimize results.
- Ensure consistent and impactful brand messaging across all communication channels.
- Develop and maintain the Federations brand guidelines and ensure all marketing materials adhere to these standards.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with media influencers and key stakeholders.
- Draft and distribute press releases media statements and other communication materials.
- Handle media inquiries and manage the Federations public image.
- Oversee the creation of engaging content for various platforms including website social media newsletters and promotional materials.
- Ensure content is aligned with marketing objectives and optimized for audience engagement.
- Collaborate with event organizers to promote golf tournaments exhibitions and other events hosted by the Federation.
- Develop event marketing plans manage logistics and analyze postevent performance.
- Lead mentor and develop the marketing and communications team fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture.
- Delegate tasks effectively and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Work closely with internal teams sponsors and partners to support collaborative marketing efforts and drive mutual objectives.
Facilitate partnerships and sponsorships that enhance the Federations reach and impact.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Public Relations Business Administration or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing and communications with a strong background in sports marketing or event promotion.
Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns content creation and public relations efforts.
Skills and Competencies:
- Indepth knowledge of the Saudi market and cultural nuances with the ability to tailor strategies accordingly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools social media platforms and CRM systems.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinker with strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
Experience in budget management and performance analytics.
