Job Description
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any matters specific to the client.
- Handle and supervise clients social media assets while implementing clients overall marketing strategy.
- Providing clients with consulting services entailing gathering requirements analyzing understanding clients business and generating new ideas to enhance brands performance.
- Build and maintain strong longterm client relationships through weekly meetings.
- Work closely with all the internal teams to ensure planning scheduling and tracking project timings deliverables and milestones according to customer needs and objectives.
- Developing and delivering progress and endofcampaign reports proposals and presentations. Also analyzing results troubleshooting problem areas and offering recommendations.
- Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Actively lead and/or participate in activities such as regular update meetings quarterly reviews and ongoing communication with clients.
- Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements.
- Upselling digital products and services to your clients.
- Working with agency colleagues to devise an advertising campaign that meets the clients brief and budget.
- Presenting alongside agency colleagues the campaign ideas and strategy to the client.
- Briefing media social media and creative staff and assisting with the formulation of digital marketing strategies
- Liaising with and acting as the link between the client and the agency by maintaining regular contact with both ensuring that communication flows effectively.
- Negotiating with clients and agency staff about the details of campaigns.
- Presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification.
- Handling budgets managing campaign costs and quoting clients.
- Writing client reports and monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Handling pitches along with other agency staff to try to win new business for the agency.
- Ensuring the appropriate resources are in place and that the work is conducted in timely fashion within approved scope and budget.
- Driving the of the project across the Creative and SM teams.
- Responsible for the consistent successful facilitation of a project from estimation through launch and maintenance.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Advertising Marketing or a related field.
- 46 years of Advertising Account/Client Management experience preferably with multinational creative agencies.
- Proven experience managing 360degree campaigns (TV Print Online Outdoor etc.).
- Experience managing accounts in the automotive industry is a plus.
- Strong presentation / communication skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Able to manage clients (external and internal) on project scope and delivery.
- Strong client handling / client relations experience.
- Experience in the advertising campaign lifecycle from creative concept to .
- Strong background with project management concepts methodologies and tools.
