Job Description

Position Title: Sales Executive Real Estate Sales

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. As a Sales Executive you will play a key role in driving sales for our offplan properties. You will be responsible for engaging with potential clients guiding them through the purchasing process and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills a strong understanding of the real estate market and a passion for helping clients find their ideal properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers providing them with detailed information about available properties pricing and payment plans.
  • Sales Process Management: Guide clients through the entire sales process from initial inquiry to closing the deal ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay updated on market trends property developments and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Lead Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking digital marketing referrals and cold calling.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the sales manager.
  • Documentation: Assist clients with required paperwork and coordinate with legal and administrative teams to ensure timely completion of sales transactions.
  • Client FollowUp: Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback while identifying opportunities for referrals and repeat sales.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to the Sales Manager on sales performance pipeline and market conditions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing accounts legal and administrative teams to ensure smooth handovers and project promotions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the local property market and offplan sales.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and a customerfirst mindset.
  • Fluency in Arabic and other languages is an added advantage.
