Job Description
Job Title: Lead Dynamics 365
Location: Remote
Duration: LongTerm Contract
Responsibilities:
- As the Lead Dynamics 365 professional you will be responsible for leading the development configuration integration administration and technical oversight of the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) application.
- Lead collaborative efforts with external systems integrators IT technical teams business analysts IT managers/architects and business subject matter experts to design configure integrate and document all technical components related to the CRM solution.
- Drive partnership with the business and technology teams to define architect and implement integrations with CRM ensuring seamless communication between systems.
- Lead the analysis of the current technology landscape to identify critical deficiencies legacy systems and technical debt and propose strategies to mitigate these issues while ensuring longterm scalability.
- Architect and design integration solutions for backend services ERP applications and other systems; lead the development of data conversion strategies testing plans and risk mitigation strategies.
- Oversee and guide development teams by providing highlevel and detailed design ensuring adherence to code quality standards and conducting reviews across various delivery teams to ensure timelines are met.
- Establish and maintain strong alignment with enterprise governance security and compliance standards through ongoing collaboration and leadership.
- Mentor and grow team capabilities ensuring a customerfocused approach to design and implementation while driving continuous improvement.
- Lead teams in adopting an agile mindset ensuring the right mix of skills and a flexible approach to meet evolving project and business requirements.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Systems Analysis or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- 12 years of overall experience with at least 6 years in solution architecture design and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Proven track record of leading teams in delivering enterpriselevel Dynamics 365 solutions with deep experience in integrations customization and technical architecture.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing technical teams working across business and technology functions and driving solutions that align with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
