Job Description
Nelson Pope is seeking qualified Project Managers to work in the Land Development Department in our Melville New York office.
The work includes site/civil design and permitting for residential multifamily commercial industrial and retail projects.
Responsibilities/Top Skills/Qualifications:
- design permit and construction plans & specifications
- site planning
- grading and drainage
- knowledge of local permitting agencies and regulations a benefit
- proposals
- client & contractor coordination
- management of staff
- training staff
- billing / collections
- AutoCAD / Civil3D
- proficient in Microsoft Office
- good verbal communication written communication and organizational skills
