Job Description
Job Title: Product Design Manager (US Citizen Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of designers guiding them through the design process from ideation to .
- Drive the product design strategy in alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product managers engineers and stakeholders to translate product requirements into intuitive and effective designs.
- Oversee the creation of wireframes prototypes and highfidelity designs using tools such as Figma Sketch or Adobe XD.
- Ensure consistency in design language style guides and user interface patterns across all products.
- Conduct user research usability testing and A/B testing to iterate and refine designs based on user feedback and data.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the final product aligns with the design vision and is delivered with high quality.
- Stay uptodate with design trends tools and best practices and incorporate them into the design process.
- Foster a collaborative design culture promoting innovation and creativity within the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Design HumanComputer Interaction (HCI) or a related field.
- Experience in product design with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
- Experience in a leadership or management role within a design team.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to create usercentered designs across various platforms (web mobile desktop).
- Expertise in design tools such as Figma Sketch Adobe XD or similar.
- Deep understanding of UX/UI principles usercentered design methodologies and design thinking.
- Experience conducting user research usability studies and datadriven design decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with Agile development teams.
- Experience in frontend development languages (HTML CSS JavaScript) is a plus.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
- Experience with motion design animation or illustration is a plus.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
