Overview:

The Account Executive Public Safety focuses on new sales and account management within the Public Safety vertical serving First Responders. This role requires a demonstrated track record of success in B2B sales leveraging industry experience to grow customer bases renew contracts and exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate thrives in a fastpaced environment meets performance metrics and sustains positive customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

New Sales: Engage with leads generate new sales opportunities and exceed monthly sales and churn target goals.

Account Management: Cultivate relationships to expand the customer base and manage customer accounts for upselling and renewals.

Data Management: Utilize systems for data entry and analysis ensuring accuracy and efficiency in tracking account activity.

Training: Stay up to date with company products and services through ongoing training opportunities.

Performance Goals: Meet/exceed sales productivity and performance metrics aligned with company objectives.

Education & Experience:

Required:

oHigh School Diploma or GED

o24 years of experience selling in the Public Safety vertical

o24 years of demonstrated sales success in businesstobusiness (B2B) sales

Preferred:

oBachelors Degree

oExperience in Wireless Industry/Telesales/Technical Sales (24 years)

oExperience in the Public Safety industry (24 years)

Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Strong communication and presentation skills

Problemsolving and sales analysis abilities
