JD The Role
The Senior Manager Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Development Consulting is crucial in delivering cuttingedge solutions that transform and optimize clients financial and operational systems. This role involves technical leadership in architecting implementing and customizing Dynamics 365 F&O to meet complex business requirements. The role requires a deep understanding of financial and operational processes coupled with handson expertise in leveraging Dynamics 365 F&O to enable largescale enterprise transformations.
Your focus will be on helping clients revolutionize their finance supply chain manufacturing and other operational processes by leveraging D365 F&O. You will lead the design architecture and development of solutions that integrate seamlessly into clients business processes ensuring scalability efficiency and longterm success.
Key Responsibilities
Client Vision & Technical Implementation: Act as the technical lead and solution architect on client projects guiding the development and implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O solutions that address key business challenges in finance supply chain and manufacturing
Dynamics 365 F&O Mastery: Lead the configuration customization and optimization of Dynamics 365 F&O modules including Finance Supply Chain Management Procurement Manufacturing and Inventory Management to maximize business value.
Integration and Architecture Expertise: Design and implement integration patterns with Dynamics 365 Dataverse Power Platform and Azure ensuring seamless integration with ERP systems thirdparty applications and enterprise technologies.
Development Leadership: Set development best practices and standards for the technical team ensuring highquality delivery of custom solutions efficient use of SDLC and ALM processes.
Project Delivery: Lead endtoend project delivery from requirements gathering through to golive providing leadership in solution design and team oversight.
Travel Engagement: Travel to client meetings and some internal team gatherings is required typically less than 25% of the time with occasional surges to 50%. Your flexibility and willingness to travel are essential in fostering strong client and team relationships.
Certification and Continuous Learning: Stay uptodate with Microsoft certifications continuously expanding your knowledge to maintain technical expertise in the latest Dynamics 365 F&O capabilities.
Collaborative Excellence: Work seamlessly with clients and internal teams promoting a culture of collaboration and success.
Qualifications
Proven Dynamics 365 Experience: 8 years of experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations with a demonstrated history of successful project leadership.
Microsoft Certification: Mandatory MB920 (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals Finance and Operations Apps) certification. Highly experienced D365 F&O consultants without this certification will be considered but certification will be expected within 90 days of employment.
Preferred Certifications: MB300 (Microsoft Dynamics 365: Core Finance and Operations) MB310 (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance) MB330 (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management) PL900 (Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals) certifications are highly desirable.
Business Process Expertise: Deep knowledge of finance supply chain and operations processes and experience designing scalable solutions that meet complex enterprise requirements.
Strategic Problem Solving: Ability to design solutions that address longterm business challenges optimize operations and provide value across large enterprises.
Effective Communication: Ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse business and technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.
