Sr BI Developer

Job Overview:
As a Business Intelligence Developer you will play a critical role in supporting dashboard refreshes building new dashboards and enhancing existing solutions. You will analyze manual reports to convert them into selfservice dashboard solutions empowering users to make datadriven decisions. Familiarity with TA data and processes especially in Workday will be highly beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and manage the refresh of existing dashboards and reports.
• Develop new dashboard solutions based on business requirements.
• Enhance current dashboard functionality and user experience.
• Analyze and convert manual reports into selfservice dashboard formats.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide analytical insights.
• Utilize Tableau primarily with additional skills in PowerBI and ThoughtSpot as needed.
• Perform data analysis using SQL and other relevant tools to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in Business Intelligence.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Developer or similar role.
• Proficiency in Tableau; experience with PowerBI and ThoughtSpot is a plus.
• Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience in data analytics and visualization best practices.
• Familiarity with TA domain processes especially related to Workday is highly desirable.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to nontechnical stakeholders.
