Registered Nurse

• Utilize advanced monitoring equipment to track vital signs and interpret data for early detection of changes in patient condition.
  
• Implement and modify individualized care plans based on ongoing assessments.
  
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
  

• Monitor patients for potential side effects and adverse reactions taking prompt and appropriate action.
  
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care.
  
• Communicate effectively with physicians respiratory therapists and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
  
• Provide clear and concise education to patients and their families regarding their medical conditions treatments and postdischarge care.
  
• Foster a supportive environment that encourages patient and family involvement in care planning.
  
• Stay informed about advancements in nursing practice and integrate best practices into daily patient care.
  
• Maintain competence in code procedures and contribute to a culture of safety.

Requirements

• Must have 12 year recent acute ED experience
  
• Must have license registered in GA
  
• Must have high school diploma
