Location: Onsite Hillside IL
Schedule: Monday Friday 8 am 5 pm
Salary: $65000 $75000 depending on experience
Job Type: Direct Hire

Our client is looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Generalist to join their team! The HR Generalist is a vital member within the Corporate HR team driving the essential functions of the HR department. Were looking for a passionate HR professional with a proven track record in all facets of HR including employee relations compensation benefits and talent acquisition. If youre someone who can juggle multiple tasks with ease has a knack for problemsolving and possesses the empathy and listening skills to truly connect with our employees we want to talk to you!


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer human resource programs including but not limited to payroll benefits employee relations recognition absence management and talent management.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees questions and concerns on all HR related matters. Conduct investigations providing guidance and resolution in collaboration with management.
  • Coordinate and facilitate all aspects of internal employee onboarding orientation and offboarding processes.
  • Performs benefit and leave administration according to policies plans and laws.
  • Develop update and implement company policies and practices to ensure knowledge of and compliance with Federal State local and industry specific employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain the internal HRIS database and employee records ensuring confidentiality and data integrity. Conduct HR data reporting and analytics to support goforward priorities and initiatives.
  • Partner with the Sr HR Director and actively contribute to strategic planning to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy.
  • Lead and/or provide significant support to HR projects and initiatives to improve processes enhance employee engagement and increase organizational effectiveness.


Qualifications:

  • BiLingual in English and Spanish is required
  • Minimum of 24 years proven experience in Human Resource with a solid understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
  • Bachelors degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience. Knowledge of the Staffing Industry a plus!
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Detailoriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
