Job Description
Job Title: HVAC and Mechanical Estimator
Location: Rogers Arkansas
Position Type: FullTime
Primary role: Accurately estimating the costs associated with HVAC and mechanical projects
Key responsibilities include project estimation cost analysis vendor and subcontractor coordination blueprint and specification review bid preparation client communication project support market research and documentation.
Minimum of 35 years of experience as an HVAC and mechanical estimator or in a similar role within the construction or mechanical industry is required.
Preferred education: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Construction Management or a related field.
Required technical skills: Proficiency in HVAC systems mechanical components construction methods and estimating software and tools.
Strong ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
High attention to detail and accuracy in estimating and documentation is vital.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
