Overview: As an Operations Analyst (Finance) you will play a crucial role in analyzing financial data optimizing processes and supporting the financial operations of the organization. Youll collaborate with various departments to improve efficiency ensure compliance and drive strategic decisionmaking.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends variances and opportunities for process improvement.
- Prepare detailed financial reports forecasts and models to support business planning.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to streamline workflows and optimize resource allocation.
- Ensure accurate documentation of financial transactions and compliance with regulations.
- Assist in budgeting cost analysis and variance reporting to support management decisionmaking.
- Identify operational risks and recommend corrective measures.
- Conduct regular audits of financial operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Support financial system implementations and enhancements.
- Provide insights and recommendations on financial performance and operational improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or related field.
- 2 years of experience in financial analysis operations or a related role.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g. Excel SAP Oracle etc.).
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team with excellent communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
Compensation:
- Salary Range: $60000 $80000 per year (based on experience)
