Job Title: HR Reporting Analyst

Job Overview: The HR Reporting Analyst will be responsible for creating maintaining and analyzing HR data reports. You will play a key role in providing accurate and insightful HR data to support decisionmaking processes. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of HR metrics and systems.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and maintain regular and adhoc HR reports and dashboards.
• Analyze HR data trends and metrics to provide insights for business leaders.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in HR reporting.
• Collaborate with HR teams to identify reporting needs and improve reporting processes.
• Support compliance reporting for local state and federal regulations.
• Provide recommendations based on data analysis to enhance HR strategies.
• Assist in the maintenance and improvement of HR information systems (HRIS).
• Participate in HR projects related to data and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or a related field.
• 23 years of experience in HR analytics or a similar role.
• Proficiency in HR systems (e.g. Workday SAP ADP) and reporting tools (e.g. Excel Power BI).
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets and ensure data integrity.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Compensation:

• Salary: $60000 $75000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
