Job Overview: The HR Reporting Analyst will be responsible for creating maintaining and analyzing HR data reports. You will play a key role in providing accurate and insightful HR data to support decisionmaking processes. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of HR metrics and systems.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and maintain regular and adhoc HR reports and dashboards.
- Analyze HR data trends and metrics to provide insights for business leaders.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in HR reporting.
- Collaborate with HR teams to identify reporting needs and improve reporting processes.
- Support compliance reporting for local state and federal regulations.
- Provide recommendations based on data analysis to enhance HR strategies.
- Assist in the maintenance and improvement of HR information systems (HRIS).
- Participate in HR projects related to data and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or a related field.
- 23 years of experience in HR analytics or a similar role.
- Proficiency in HR systems (e.g. Workday SAP ADP) and reporting tools (e.g. Excel Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with large datasets and ensure data integrity.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Compensation:
- Salary: $60000 $75000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
