Job Overview: We are seeking a detailoriented HR Insights Analyst to join our team. This role will focus on leveraging data analytics to provide insights that drive strategic HR decisions and improve organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and insights that support business objectives.
- Collaborate with HR teams to develop and implement datadriven strategies for talent acquisition employee engagement and retention.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to present findings to stakeholders.
- Conduct workforce planning and predictive analytics to support workforce management initiatives.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with applicable regulations and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Data Analytics or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in HR analytics or a similar role.
- Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel SQL Tableau) and HRIS systems.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Compensation:
- Salary: $65000 $85000 per year commensurate with experience.
