O365/M365 OCM Consultant
- The ideal candidate will have a background in communications and training for M365 migrations specifically in the areas of OneDrive Teams SharePoint Workflows Exchange and/or tenant migrations.
- Must have OCM M365 or O365 change management migration experience.
- Any work toward/with Copilot or Dynamics is a plus.
Work will include
- M365 migration project change management and potentially Copilot or Dynamics adoption.
- Apply OCM methodologies and best practices to achieve sustained adoption of new roles processes and technology.
- Provide communications and training for M365 migrations specifically in the areas of OneDrive Teams SharePoint Workflows Exchange and/or tenant migrations.
- Translate complex information into clear simplified messaging through a variety of verbal and written communication channels.
