Role: Payroll Business Analyst
Duration: 612 Months(Possible Extension or conversion)
Location: Washington DC 20005
Responsibilities: - Assist with Endtoend testing Unit testing and regression testing
- Workday Payroll experience is a must.
- Document and test controls for new processes
- Workday Payroll is a must.
- Assist with time entry and time adjustment processes
- Assist with yearend processing including 401K validations W2 and W2c preparation.
- Assist with special projects as required.
- Recommend new processes to improve performance and efficiency within the payroll function.
- Maintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
Qualifications: - Bachelors Degree preferred.
- At least 4 years of payroll exposure.
- Workday experience is required.
- Experience evaluating analyzing and resolving unique and complex problems and recommending solutions.
- Highlevel proficiency with MS Office especially Excel.
- Dedicated attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive attitude with a focus on providing excellent internal customer service.
- Great time management and organization skills.
