Job Description:
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 Consultant to design implement and support onboarding processes for our clients. The consultant will work closely with HR teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of the onboarding module with other SuccessFactors and SAP HCM modules. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of ONB 2.0 configuration implementation best practices and postgolive support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the endtoend implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (ONB 2.0) solutions including requirements gathering blueprinting configuration testing and golive support.
- Collaborate with clients to define onboarding requirements and customize processes to fit organizational needs.
- Integrate ONB 2.0 with other SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central Recruiting and Learning Management.
- Perform data migration and integration with SAP and nonSAP systems.
- Provide postimplementation support troubleshoot issues and optimize the onboarding solution.
- Train HR teams and users on the onboarding process and software functionality.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors innovations and enhancements and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in HR IT or related field.
- 35 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors specifically Onboarding 2.0.
- Experience in full lifecycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Proficiency in ONB 2.0 configuration data models business rules and workflows.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and how ONB 2.0 fits within the broader HR technology landscape.
- Handson experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central Recruiting and other related modules.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in Onboarding 2.0 is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with SAP HCM integration.
- Knowledge of data migration techniques and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously.
