Job Description
*Must be from Payor/Healthcare background*
Position: Sr Systems Analyst / Sr. Data Analyst
Location: Chicago IL or Richardson TX (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 months contract
LinkedIn : Required
Interview : Video
Visa Status: No H1/CPT/TN
Client: HCSC
Rate: $65/hr. C2C
**Need local to any 1 location**
Notes: They will be supporting Claims Applications and working with the Business side so need strong communication skills and Payor/healthcare experience. Required skills: Mainframe experience Hive SQL Azure Hadoop Data Mapping skillset and Data Bricks.

Required Job Qualifications
*Bachelor Degree and 4 years Information Technology OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 6year Information Technology experience OR 8 years Information Technology experience.
*Knowledge of mainframe application development & configuration
* Experience with Source Code management tools like Endevor
* Knowledge of code deployments and SIT / UAT across Test Cycle and Production environments
* Intertesting with various applications
* Exposure to integration with various applications
*Requirements analysis Systems Analysis and Developing Logical & Physical designs
*SDLC Methodology Optimized Waterfall. Exposure to Agile / Scrum / Iterative Development*Problem solving and analytical thinking
*Strong oral/written communication skills
Preferred Job Qualifications:
*Deep Application Development experience on mainframe side
*Ability to execute projects against tight timeframe
* Knowledge of Claims processing Claims Applications and Components
* Ability to work in fast paced environment with concurrent projects
* Mentor and guide developers and ensure delivery with high quality for all the projects you are assigned to
