Role: SAP EWM Lead (S/4 HANA)
Location: Orlanda FL (Travel as client requires)
Visa: US Citizen only
Rate: DOE
Duration: 6 months
Our Transformation S/4 Production Operations build team is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Warehouse Management Product Owner to help maximize the value delivered by the team and ensure the team build and backlog is aligned with customer and stakeholder needs. This is 1 of 2 Warehouse Management Product Owner requests working handinhand on a dual deployment path for Apriso WM and SAP EWM.
Consultant will serve as one of the Product Owners of an agile development team covering Warehouse Management consultant will be responsible for:
Guiding the technical SAP S/4 solution for the Warehouse Management SAP EWM OR AprisoWM product team depending on warehouse management deployment experience
Working with customer IT business analysts and developers as well as professional services to accomplish the product team objectives
Communicating with stakeholders and product management team to understand their needs
Working with other Product Owners to ensure smooth handoff between teams and understanding of crossteam impacts
Providing clarity of scope and oversight to a team of analysts and developers to ensure products will satisfy users needs
Ensuring functionality and products produced by team are highquality and reliable
Clearly expressing Product Backlog items with the team
Ordering the items in the Product Backlog to best achieve goals and missions
Optimizing the value of the work the Development Team performs
Ensuring that the Product Backlog is visible transparent and clear to all and shows what the Scrum Team will work next
Ensuring the Development Team understands items in the Product Backlog to the level needed
Engaging with leadership to report status and escalate risks/issues to drive to a quick resolution
Basic Qualifications:
o Significant experience in Warehouse Management
Senior experience in IT development
Demonstrated experience providing technical leadership to teams delivering solutions through the full software lifecycle
Established program management skills (traditional and/or Agile) with experience managing technical cost and schedule performance
Experience with Agile processes and tools including Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Jira or VersionOne
Proven ability to work effectively across organizational and geographic boundaries
Ability to effectively craft appropriate materials and present to Executive level leadership
Past experience engaging and managing relationships with strategic stakeholders to achieve shared objectives
Ability to effectively communicate to diverse audiences
