Job Description
SAP MM / P2P consultant
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated RTR (Record to Report) Business Systems Analyst/Architect with a strong focus on procurement processes. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP configuration particularly within the ProcuretoPay (PTP) process and possess a comprehensive understanding of SAP modules such as Material Management (MM) and their integration with Finance (FI) Sales and Distribution (SD) and Warehouse Management (EWM). This role requires both independent initiative and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procurement Process Expertise:
- Configure and maintain SAP PTP processes including purchase requisitions purchase orders goods receipts and invoice verification.
- Apply strong configuration skills to optimize direct procurement activities.
- Bonus: Experience in the Feed industry or related business knowledge.
- SAP Module Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of SAP Material Management (MM) and its integration with other modules like Finance (FI) Sales and Distribution (SD) and Warehouse Management (EWM).
- Setup configure and maintain Plants and Business Partners (Vendors & Carriers) within SAP.
- Independent and Collaborative Work:
- Work independently with minimal supervision while also being an effective team player.
- Take initiative and adapt to team needs taking guidance when necessary.
- Communication Skills:
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Effectively interact with key stakeholders and end users to gather requirements provide updates and deliver solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) either SAP or Oracle is a strong plus.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in SAP PTP configuration and management.
- Extensive knowledge of SAP MM and related modules.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a teamoriented collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
