Job Responsibilities
- Handling all aspects of litigation from case inception to resolution
- Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings motions and briefs
- Preparing for and attending trials hearings and depositions
- Providing legal advice and counsel to clients
- Working on a variety of cases including business litigation class action personal injury employment and more

Job Requirements
- Experience in handling discovery briefing and trial preparation
- Strong research and writing skills
- Knowledge of California procedure and motion practice
- Experience in business employment class action and catastrophic personal injury litigation
