Your tasks
You are an expert in accounts payable and general ledger accounting and are looking for a new challenge in a dedicated team Then join KoRo as Team Lead Accounts Payables & General Ledger (m/f/d) and take responsibility for your own area within our Finance team.
- Management and coordination of the Accounts Payables and General Ledger teams
- Monitoring and control of accounts payable and the general ledger
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and internal company regulations
- Optimisation and further development of accounting processes
- Implementing new systems and technologies to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Your profile
- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship a degree or have started out as a career changer in accounting!
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience in the accounts payable and general ledger area
- You also have initial experience in leading a team
- You have an excellent command of German and a good command of English
- You live in Berlin or are willing to relocate to Berlin for your new position
- You already have some experience with an ERP system (Business Central is an advantage)
- You are characterised by an independent and solutionoriented way of working
- You are a team player empathetic and a strong communicator
