Job Description

Your tasks

The Project Manager Commercial Operations will play a critical role in optimizing our operations and ensuring seamless across various strategic projects. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to define and execute the lighthouse projects operations and commercial vertical from initiation to completion ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple lighthouse projects simultaneously including supply chain optimization logistics improvements and process automation.
  • Collaborate with supply chain logistics and sales teams to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain project plans timelines and budgets ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement best practices to enhance productivity.
  • Monitor KPIs and generate reports to track project progress and impact.
  • Act as a point of contact for stakeholders providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Manage risk and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Continuously seek ways to innovate and improve operational processes.

Your profile

  • You have a degree in business administration or similar
  • You have at least 12 years of professional experience in consulting or fastpaced environment
  • Experienced in Supply Chain Management Procurement or Operations is a plus
  • You live in Berlin or are willing to relocate to Berlin for your new position
  • You are fluent in German and English.
  • You have excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • You are characterized by a structured way of working.
