Key Responsibilities:
- Provide highquality customer support to Italianspeaking clients via phone email and chat.
- Resolve product and service inquiries in a timely manner.
- Escalate issues as needed while maintaining professionalism.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through clear and effective communication.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Italian (C1 level or higher).
- Proficient in English (B2 level or higher).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- Eligibility to work in Greece.
