We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Gen AI Chat Bot Developer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in AIdriven technologies and a passion for creating engaging and userfriendly chat bot solutions. You will be responsible for designing developing and implementing chat bot applications that enhance customer interaction and improve service efficiency. If you have a knack for problemsolving and creativity in applying technology to optimize user experience we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Design develop and deploy chat bots across various platforms to streamline customer service.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define chat bot requirements and functionality.
- Implement natural language processing (NLP) techniques to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of chat bots.
- Analyze and monitor chat bot performance and user interactions making adjustments as necessary.
- Stay updated on industry trends and continually enhance chat bot capabilities with new technologies.
- Document development processes code and user interfaces to ensure easy maintenance and updates.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in chat bot development and AI technologies.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python Java or JavaScript.
- Experience with chat bot frameworks like Dialogflow Microsoft Bot Framework or Rasa.
- Solid understanding of machine learning and natural language processing concepts.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
