Job Description
- Design develop and implement ServiceNow applications and modules according to business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and customize workflows business rules and user interfaces in ServiceNow.
- Enhance and maintain ITSM processes focusing on Change Management and Sales Order Management.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in development.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and functionality to provide innovative solutions.
- 67 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules especially in ITSM and Sales Order Management.
- Experience in Change Management and mobile app development on the ServiceNow platform.
- Proficient in scripting languages such as JavaScript HTML and CSS.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow integration capabilities and web services (REST/SOAP).
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Certified Implementation Specialist.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks.
