Job Description
Job Title: ServiceNow Developer
Location: Gurgaon (or Noida/Chandigarh/Pune)
Experience Required: 67 years
Shift: CDT/EST time zone
Job Type: COntract (3 to 6 months Extendable)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 67 years of handson experience in ServiceNow development particularly in Sales Order Management IT Service Management (ITSM) Change Management and mobile app development. This position requires the candidate to be present in the office at least 3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and implement ServiceNow applications and modules according to business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and customize workflows business rules and user interfaces in ServiceNow.
- Enhance and maintain ITSM processes focusing on Change Management and Sales Order Management.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in development.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and functionality to provide innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
- 67 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules especially in ITSM and Sales Order Management.
- Experience in Change Management and mobile app development on the ServiceNow platform.
- Proficient in scripting languages such as JavaScript HTML and CSS.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow integration capabilities and web services (REST/SOAP).
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Certified Implementation Specialist.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks.
