Job Description
Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering cleaning and organizing data for analysis
- Execute data analytics tasks and generate reports
- Utilize statistical methods to interpret data and analyze results
- Develop and implement databases data collection systems and data analytics
- Identify patterns and trends in data sets
- Collaborate with teams to understand data needs and deliver appropriate solutions
- Present findings to management and recommend actions to improve data quality
- Conduct thorough data validation and verification
- Stay updated with industry best practices and new technologies in data analysis
- Assist in developing data visualizations and dashboards
- Support the implementation of data management policies and procedures
- Contribute to the improvement of data quality and reliability
- Assist in developing and maintaining data documentation and metadata
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Associates degree in Data Science Computer Science Mathematics Statistics or a related field
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Proficiency in SQL and database management systems
- Experience with statistical analysis and data visualization tools
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python R or Java
- Familiarity with data mining and cleaning techniques
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of basic machine learning concepts
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet applications
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of data governance and compliance principles
- Desire to learn and grow in the field of data analysis
