Job Description
- Monitor performance metrics in realtime to maintain operational efficiency
- Support adherence to agent schedules and assist with staffing adjustments
- Analyze intraday data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Facilitate communication between departments on operational issues
- Contribute to process optimization initiatives to enhance productivity
- Implement contingency plans during emergencies to maintain service levels
- Assist in maintaining quality standards and compliance requirements
- Support agent training initiatives and provide guidance as needed
- Maintain accurate records of realtime activities and prepare detailed reports
- Fluent in English (C1 level minimum)
- Previous experience as a RealTime Analyst (RTA) in a call center or BPO environment
- Strong understanding of operational processes logical thinking and data analysis
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications
- Familiarity with Avaya CMS
- Strategic thinking with the ability to identify business opportunities
- Ability to work under pressure and proactively pursue goals
- Basic knowledge of scheduling principles
- Availability for shift rotations Monday to Sunday between 08:00 AM 11:30 PM (40 hours per week)
