Job Description

Overview:

The Finance Manager plays a crucial role in the organization overseeing and managing all financial aspects. They are responsible for ensuring the financial health of the company providing strategic financial guidance and making recommendations to ensure longterm stability profitability and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise the financial team including accountants and financial analysts
  • Develop financial strategies and plans to support the companys expansion and growth
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements reports and forecasts
  • Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decisionmaking
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Implement and maintain sound internal controls and financial procedures
  • Streamline and optimize financial processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Manage cash flow and monitor financial health
  • Participate in budgeting forecasting and financial planning
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to the executive team
  • Assess and manage financial risks
  • Conduct regular financial audits
  • Collaborate with external auditors tax advisors and financial institutions
  • Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and financial partners
  • Stay updated with industry trends and changes in financial regulations

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial planning analysis and reporting
  • Proficiency in financial management software and MS Excel
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations standards and best practices
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Exceptional analytical and problemsolving abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • High level of integrity and ethical standards
