Job Description: Product Development & Innovation Officer (PDIO)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy & Development:

• Define and lead product roadmaps aligned with the companys vision and market demands.
• Develop innovative usercentric products that address realworld education challenges.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless from ideation to launch.

1. Innovation & Market Research:

• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the education and EdTech sectors.
• Drive innovation by exploring emerging technologies such as AI and personalized learning tools.
• Prototype and test new product ideas iterating based on user feedback and performance data.

1. Product Lifecycle Management:

• Oversee the endtoend product development process from concept and design to testing and release.
• Ensure products meet scalability usability and performance standards.
• Continuously improve products postlaunch by analyzing user feedback and market dynamics.

1. Collaboration & Leadership:

• Lead and mentor the product development team fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
• Work closely with leadership marketing and operations to align product goals with business strategy.
• Engage with external stakeholders including educational institutions to drive product adoption.

1. User Experience & Engagement:

• Focus on creating intuitive and engaging user experiences across all products.
• Regularly gather insights from users to enhance product features and usability.
• Ensure that all products deliver measurable outcomes for students and educators.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 8 years in product development and innovation preferably within EdTech or education sectors.
• Strong track record of managing product lifecycles and bringing successful products to market.
• Deep understanding of the EdTech landscape emerging technologies and user experience design.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fastpaced evolving startup environment.
• Excellent leadership communication and project management skills.

Compensation:

• EquityOnly: This role is equitybased until funding is secured.
• FullTime Compensation: Postfunding the role will transition to fulltime with a competitive salary and benefits.
