Job Description
- Design and deploy scalable secure and highly available IT infrastructure solutions.
- Lead the implementation and integration of new hardware and software systems.
- Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and procedures.
- Perform regular system maintenance including patch management updates and system optimization.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues to ensure operational efficiency.
- Manage network infrastructure including routers switches firewalls and VPNs.
- Ensure network security through protocols and audits troubleshooting connectivity issues as necessary.
- Provide thirdlevel technical support for complex IT issues and mentor junior staff.
- Lead IT projects from planning to completion coordinating with external vendors and partners.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans ensuring effective data backup and recovery processes.
- Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in system engineering or a similar role.
- Extensive experience with Windows MacOS and Linux operating systems.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols security and management.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS Azure Google Cloud) is highly desirable.
- Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications such as AWS RHCE or Azure are preferred.
