Monitor the performance of vehicles machines and equipment.

Suggest upgrades or replacements based on performance data.
### 4. *Compliance & Safety*
Ensure that all equipment adheres to regulatory standards and safety guidelines.
Maintain records of inspections repairs and servicing for compliance audits.
Conduct safety drills and educate staff on safe usage and emergency protocols.
### 5. *Budgeting & Cost Control*
Manage the maintenance budget ensuring costeffective solutions for repairs and replacements.
Source and negotiate with vendors for spare parts and equipment.
Analyze cost trends related to equipment failures and propose longterm financial solutions.
### 6. *Team Management & Coordination*
Lead and manage a team of technicians or engineers involved in equipment maintenance.
Coordinate with different departments like operations procurement and logistics to minimize disruptions during repairs.
### 7. *Documentation & Reporting*
Maintain detailed records of equipment history including maintenance schedules issues and repairs.
Generate reports for management on equipment performance and maintenance costs.
### 8. *Innovation & Continuous Improvement*
Identify opportunities for improving equipment efficiency through new technologies or methods.
Stay updated with the latest developments in engineering maintenance techniques and industry trends.
