Job Description

UK London Permanent / Full Time / Hybrid role with onsite client visits in London 2 3 times per week.

Salary 4860K annual bonus medical insurance pension and CPDP (continuous personal development plan).

  • Exciting opportunity to work as part of an international awardwinning MSSP team
  • Will work on CyberSecurity and IT modernisation projects as part of a small team
  • Quarterly office visits in Maidenhead

This role can be hybrid clientsite office visits in London the Candidate must live in commutable distance to central London.

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing their portfolio of IT projects providing expert knowledge and support and monitoring progress and reporting on the portfolio status.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay uptodate with current developments in the prevailing Cyber Security environment.
  • Apply industryspecific technical knowledge and skilled questioning abilities.
  • Plan staff implement control and evaluate assigned projects.
  • Coordinate project timelines and ensure timely and quality delivery of project requirements.
  • Collaborate with all project stakeholders to define and validate project requirements.
  • Manage a range of project types and complex business initiatives and change programs.
  • Work through others and effectively coordinate team activities.
  • Utilise strong organisational and time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exhibit structured thinking and the ability to manage virtual or matrix project teams.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of cyber security and IT infrastructure.
  • Recognised project management qualification (PMP / APMP / Prince2 / P30 / PMBOK or equivalent).
  • Business Management degree or qualification desirable.
  • Strong IT project management experience using proven methodologies.
  • Strong project administration skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and agile environment and flex between clients and delivery.
  • Timeous and quality engagement with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

Internal Contacts: Project team; Sales Engineering; Finance; Sales; Service Delivery Teams

External Contacts: Project stakeholders; External Clients

Technical Knowledge/Competencies:

  • Knowledge of current developments in the prevailing Cyber Security environment.
  • Knowledge of project management process.
  • Knowledge of project resource management and prioritisation.
  • Industryspecific technical knowledge and detailed understanding and application.
  • Skilled questioning abilities.
  • Structured thinking.

Behavioural Competencies:

  • Ability to manage a range of project types and complex business initiatives and change programs.
  • Ability to work through others and effectively coordinate team activities.
  • Ability to command others (basic communication skills and climate setting).
  • Selfmanagement and action orientation including awareness of basic managerial style.
  • Team player.
