Experience: 1 year in Home Loans Loan Against Property (LAP) DSA & DST Management
Education: Graduate

Role Overview:
As a Sales Officer/Sales Executive you will evaluate and authorize Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) applications. You will act as a liaison between clients and the financial institution to ensure timely processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage relationships to drive Home Loan and LAP applications.
- Engage with DSAs contractors and connectors to acquire customers.
- Follow up on leads and uncover new prospects.
- Use a mix of outreach methods: phone email inperson visits and networking events.
- Maintain data in CRM and provide weekly reports.
Candidate Profile:
MustHave:
- 1 year of experience in Home Loans LAP and DSA Management.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Techsavvy and quick to adopt CRM tools.
Desired Skills:
- Strong customer focus networking and negotiation skills.
- Good communication and team collaboration abilities.
